Hot Cheesy Chips

Ingredients

16 baked tortilla chips
1/2 cup grated reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese (2-oz)
1/2 cup finely chopped poblano green chili pepper or green bell pepper
1/3 cup chopped ripe olives
1/3 cup reduced-fat sour cream
1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Directions:

1. Heat oven to 400°F.

2. Place chips on baking sheet and top with equal amounts of cheese, peppers, and olives.

3. Bake 4 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top each with 1 tsp sour cream and 1 tsp cilantro. Serve immediately.
