Honey-Roasted Carrot Wheels And Onions

Ingredients

12 ounces carrots, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch slices
1 (4-ounce) yellow onion, cut into 8 wedges
1 tablespoon honey
1 1/2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions:

1. Heat oven to 450°F.

2. Place carrots and onions on a nonstick baking sheet and drizzle honey and oil evenly over all. Using 2 spoons, toss gently to coat carrots, then arrange in a single layer.

3. Bake 10 minutes, then stir and bake 5 minutes longer or until carrots are tender-crisp and richly browned. Sprinkle with salt to serve.
