Frozen Peach Cream

Ingredients

2 cups no-sugar-added light vanilla ice cream
1 (1-pound) bag frozen peach, partially thawed
1/2 cup white peach grape juice (100% juice)
1/4 cup all-fruit seedless raspberry jam

Directions:

1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. If using a blender, work in two batches.

2. Place in a plastic container and freeze 30 minutes for a semi-soft texture or 2 hours for a firmer consistency.
