1. Heat a 3-qt nonstick saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onions and cook 8-10 minutes or until translucent. Add oysters and cook 2-3 minutes or until oysters begin to slightly curl on edges.
2. Add milk and cook until thoroughly heated, about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Remove from heat and stir in margarine, salt, and pepper to serve.
