Wild Rice and Chicken

1 (6-ounce) package long grain and wild rice with seasoning packet
1 1/2 cups water
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder


Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In a bowl, combine rice, seasoning packet, and water. Pour mixture into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Place chicken over rice mixture and sprinkle with basil and garlic powder. Cover and bake 1 hour.Makes 4 servings.
