Turkey and Potato Bake

2 cups cubed cooked turkeys
2 medium potatoes peeled and thinly sliced
1 medium onion sliced
salt and pepper to taste
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of celery soup condensed
1/2 cup skim milk


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a greased 8 x 8-inch pan, layer turkey, potatoes, and onion. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

In a bowl, combine soup and milk. Pour over turkey. Cover and bake 1 hour. Makes 4 servings.
