Creamy Spinach Casserole

2 (10-ounce) packages frozen leaf spinach
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 (16-ounce) container sour cream
2/3 cup grated Cheddar cheese


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cook spinach according to package directions and drain. Place in a greased 11/2- to 2-quart baking dish. Stir in onion soup mix and sour cream. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake 20–25 minutes, or until bubbly. Makes 4–6 servings.
