Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Separate biscuits and cut each one into 4 pieces. Place in a large bowl and toss with pizza sauce and Italian blend cheese. Place biscuit mixture into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Place Canadian bacon slices evenly over top. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over top. Bake 20–25 minutes, or until biscuits are done. Makes 6 servings.
