1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli thawed
1 (15-ounce) can whole kernal corn drained
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup condensed
2 cups chopped fully cooked ham
1 1/2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
3/4 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 refrigerated pie crust

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Spread broccoli into bottom of a lightly greased and microwaveable 10-inch deep-dish pie pan or 1 1/2-quart round dish.

In a bowl, mix corn, soup, ham, cheese, sour cream, and pepper together. Spoon mixture over broccoli. Cover with a paper towel and microwave on high heat 3–41/2 minutes, or until hot. Place unfolded pie crust over ham mixture and tuck edges inside pan. Cut four 1-inch slits in crust to allow steam to escape during baking. Place pan on top of a baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes, or until crust turns golden brown. Makes 4–6 servings.
