1 8-ounce package cream cheese softened
1/2 cup milk
3 tablespoons honey
2 1/2 teaspoons lemon peel grated
1/2 cup cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Fresh fruit of your choice: Bing cherries, pineapple spears, melon chunks, figs, bananas, apples
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, milk, honey, and 1 teaspoon lemon rind. In another bowl whip heavy cream and add confectioners' sugar. Fold cream into cheese mixture. Transfer to serving dish and sprinkle remaining 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon rind over top. Serve with a selection of fresh fruits in season.
