Slice each sponge cake into 2 layers, 1-inch thick. Sprinkle each layer with 1 tablespoon liqueur. Place 1 slice in glass serving bowl. Whip heavy cream and sweeten with sugar. Reserve 1 cup for decoration. Spread cake with 1/4 cup whipped glaze. Arrange a layer of peaches on top of glaze followed by a layer of strawberries and a layer of whipped cream. Continue layering until all ingredients have been used, ending with fruit. Spread top and sides with remaining 1 cup whipped cream. Chill until serving time.
