1 4 1/2-ounce box chocolate instant pudding & pie filling mix
1 cup cream whipped
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
24 graham crackers
Follow package instructions for pudding mix. Whip heavy cream stiff; add sugar and vanilla. Layer graham crackers and pudding until about 6 layers high. Frost tops and sides with whipped cream. Chill 2 or more hours in refrigerator. To serve, slice thinly.
Note: Omit sugar if using 2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed.
