Last-Minute Cooking Time: 30 minutes on high
1. Trim excess fat from meat. Cut meat into bite-size pieces. Place meat, onions, flour, garlic, dill, salt and pepper in a slow cooker. Toss to coat. Add broth.
2. Cover and cook on high for 4 1/2 to 5 hours or on low for 9 to 10 hours or until meat is very tender.
3. In a small bowl, stir water and gravy mix until smooth. Quickly stir gravy mixture, artichoke hearts and mushrooms into meat mixture.
4. Cover and cook on high for 30 minutes or until thickened and vegetables are tender.
Serve with noodles or biscuits.
