Hawaiian Salad

2 small jicama peeled and cut into matchsticks
2 ruby grapefruit segmented
1/2 head green cabbage finely shredded
1 mango diced
1/2 cup whole macadamia nut toasted
10 sprigs cilantro stemmed
1 tablespoon sesame seeds toasted
1 cup


Put the jicamas, grapefruits, cabbage, mango, nuts, cilantro, and sesame seeds in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days. Just before serving, add the dressing and toss until evenly distributed.
