Golden Couscous with Parsley and Green Peas


Serves: 4

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups water
2 tablespoons macadamia nut oil or butter
1 cup golden organic couscous
1/4 cup parsley chopped
1/2 cup frozen petite peas salt free

Directions:

1. Bring water to a boil. Add oil or butter.
2. Stir in couscous, parsley, and peas.
3. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
4. Fluff with a fork and serve.
