When preparing the Doritos Taco Salad, brown 2 1/2 pounds of lean ground beef. Before adding the taco seasoning, remove about 2 cups of the beef and allow it to cool. Store in refrigerator to use for Meal 5, Cheesy BBQ Beef & Biscuit Casserole.

Double the Berry Glaze when making the Lemon Berry Tart. Refrigerate leftovers. The glaze will be used on the Greek yogurt dessert for day 5.

To make the Cheesy BBQ Beef & Biscuit Casserole, use the ground beef you browned and saved from Meal 2 to make this quick meal even faster to prepare.

For dessert, prepare the Greek Yogurt with Warm Berry Sauce. Pull out the berry topping you made for Meal 3, Lemon Berry Tart. You can warm up the topping, if you'd like, either in the microwave or in a saucepan on the stove on low heat. We like to eat it cold on the Greek yogurt. Stir gently and spoon on.
