I have spent the last 2 hours reading your newsletter and wonderful recipes. I have already printed a whole bunch I want to try. I love them because they are using ingredients one has on hand. Impossibly Easy Ham and Swiss Pie

Serves: 6


Download this recipe.

1 1/2 cups cut-up fully cooked ham
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese (4 ounces)
4 medium green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)
1/2 cup Original Bisquick®
1 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 eggs



1. Heat oven to 400°. Grease pie plate, 9 x 1 1/4 inches. Sprinkle ham, cheese and onions in pie plate.

2. Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour into pie plate.

3. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

HIGH ALTITUDE (3500 to 6500 feet): Bake about 45 minutes.
