| 1 lb ground beef |
| 1 tbspn butter (optional) |
| 1 large onion chopped |
| salt and pepper to taste |
| 1 can tomato soup |
| 1/4 cup ketchup |
| 1 soup can water |
| 3 tbspn rice |
| 3 c cabbage cut up |
Brown beef and onion,. Add salt, pepper, ketchup, soup, water, & rice. Bring to a boil X5 min.
Place cabbage in buttered 48 oz casserole and pour meat mix over.
Cover and bake @ 350F X 1 1/2 hrs.
