| 2 | lobster tails |
| 2 Tbs | avocado oil |
| 1/4 tsp | salt |
| 1/2 tsp | pepper |
| 1 stick | melted butter for dipping |
| lemon wedges |
Preheat grill on Max.
Melt the stick of butter.
Use a large knife to cut the lobster tails completely in half right above the tail.
Brush the meat with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
When Grill is preheated it will say to Add Food.
Spray the grill grate with avocado oil and place lobsters meat side down.
Press the tails down to get contact with the grate.
Grill for 4 minutes.
Check temperature, it should be between 140º to 145º.
Baste with more butter and continue cooking if necessary.
Serve with additional butter and lemon wedges.
