Grilled Asparagus

Serves: 5



Ingredients:

1 pound fresh asparagus spears, trimmed
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast (optional)

Directions:

Step 1 Preheat grill for high heat.

Step 2 Place a large sheet of Heavy Duty Alumium Foil on the counter and place trimmed asparagus on top. Lightly coat the asparagus spears with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Wrap asparagus in a packet and fold the ends up sealing the packet.

Step 3 Grill over high heat for 10 minutes, or to desired tenderness.
