Spaghetti with Leftover Tiefenthaler Tomato Basil Bratwurst

Serves 6

Using your leftover tomato basil bratwurst to make "meatballs" for your spaghetti is the easiest way to make a great meal for your family!

Ingredients:

1 package spaghetti cook & drain
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
2-4 Leftover Tiefenthaler Tomato Basil Bratwurst
Parmesan cheese optional

Directions:

Fill a large stock pot with water and salt. Over medium heat bring to a boil. Follow directions on your package of spaghetti.

While your pasta is cooking, make your sauce. You can either make your own sauce from scratch or just purchase a jar of spaghetti sauce like I usually do.

Grab a large skillet and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Heat over medium heat. Add the leftover Tiefenthaler Tomato Basil Bratwurst. Heat the bratwurst up good then add your sauce. Stir and simmer until it is just boiling a bit...the sauce should be good and hot.
Once pasta is cooked and drained, add it to the sauce and stir to coat the noodles. Reduce heat to low, cover the skillet and let the pasta cook in the sauce about 2 -3 minutes. Serve pasta with parmesan cheese sprinkled on top if you choose.
