This meal is so easy to prepare not to mention the clean up!
| 4 Tiefenthaler pork chops Thawed - Any chop will do. We like to use Teriyaki Marinated Boneless Chops |
| 2 pounds baby potatoes |
| 1 - 2 cup fresh vegetable of your choice |
| 1/4 cup olive oil |
| 8 tablespoons Tiefenthaler Quality Meats |
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Quarter the potatoes and put them in a large bowl or zip lock bag. Pour 1/2 of the the olive oil and 4 Tablespoons of John's Ultimate Steak Rub over the potatoes. Shake or stir very well so the potatoes are coated. Do teh same to the veggies with the remaining olive oil and seasoning.
Cover your cookie sheet with tin foil for easy clean up!
Place chops in the middle of the cookie sheet and the potatoes and veggies on each side of the chops.
Bake for 35 minutes or until pork has reached an internal temperature of 145°F.
