1 pound tater tots |
1/2 pound ground beef |
1/2 tablespoon dried minced onion |
8-10 ounces frozen mixed vegetables, corn and chopped green beans |
1 can cream of mushroom soup |
1/4 cup sour cream |
1/2 cup milk |
4 ounces shredded cheese |
Cook ground beef with dried minced onion in skillet. Drain off any grease. Meanwhile, combine soup and milk in blender, blend until mushroom pieces dissapear. Pour over ground beef in skillet and stir in sour cream. Add vegetables and bring to simmer. Simmer for 3 minutes uncovered, stirring frequently. Grease a casserole dish (10x8x2.5) and spread meat mixture over bottom. Top with single layer of tater tots. Sprinkle cheese evenly over tater tots. Bake at 350 for 25-35 minutes, uncovered, or until tater tots are cooked, cheese is lightly browning, and the sauce is simmering on the edges.
