Warning: this makes a huge bowl full of dry mix–as in 6-7 quart jars. So, you will either want to give some away, or vacuum seal it with a jar attachment like I do.

1 cup | powdered sugar |
13 ounces | chocolate malt powder |
48 ounces | chocolate drink mix (club size) |
1/2 cup | unsweetened cocoa |
1. Add about 1/4-1/3 cup per 8 oz water to taste. Top with marshmallows and/or whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon. Yum.
2. To make Peppermint Hot Cocoa, obliterate 1 peppermint candy per serving of dry mix.
NOTES:
Yes, you want to include actual chocolate malted milk powder. It is in the same section as chocolate milk powder. I have made this without it and found that the malt addition is the secret ingredient to it’s deliciousness.
If you don't want to use powdered creamer, substitue whole milk powder.
