When Cook'n makes automatic backups, it saves the files in the "Documents\Cook'n Backups"
folder.

Cook'n automatically backs up your data under certain conditions. Here are some just to name a few:

1) If you've entered 5 or more recipes in a single session
2) If you haven't made a backup in the last 30 days
3) Just before Cook'n updates itself
