| 1/3 cup milk |
| 5 tablespoons butter |
| 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips |
Put the first three ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips. With a wire whisk, beat until creamy and slightly cooled (approximately 10 minutes).
