3 tablespoons | instant coffee |
3 tablespoons | sugar |
3 tablespoons | boiling water |
1/4 cup | irish cream liqueur |
1/4 cup | chocolate liquor |
1/4 cup | vodka |
1/2 cup | half and half |

Whip the instant coffee, sugar and boiling water until it reaches the consistancy of whipped cream. I use my immersion blender but you can use a whisk or mixer too.
Set aside for topping the martini.
To a shaker add Irish cream, chocolate liquor, vodka and half and half.
Fill with ice and shake shake shake.
Strain into 2 martini glasses.
Top with whipped coffee.
