CUSTARD RICE PUDDING



Ingredients:

2 (10 1/2-ounce) cans eggs eggs can add 2 more eggs to make creamier
1/2 cup sugar sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups Basmati rice
nutmeg
sugar
cinnamon

Directions:

Heat the oven to 350 degrees. beat eggs, sugar and salt slightly to mix. Stir in scalded milkAdd vanilla, cooked rice. Pour intoi 1 quart baking dish. sprinkle with nutmeg, cinnamon and sugar. Sit in pan of water 1 inch deep. Bake 50 to 60 minutes and serve warm.

If you love custard you can double the first 5 ingredients. You may have to bake longer until it is fully baked and set.
