Cajun Strawberry Cheese Cake (Mary Leah)

Ingredients:

2 packages Deli or Bakery lady fingers
2 boxes Jello instant cream cheese cake mix
1 (8-ounce) box Philly Regular cream cheese
2 caps lemon juice
1 (8-ounce) container Ultra or French Vanilla cool whip
3 cups whole milk
2 pints fresh sliced strawberries
1 small jar strawberry preserves
1/3 cup Good sweet strawberry wine
1 large springform pan

Directions:

Line the sides, then the bottom of pan with lady fingers and sprinkle with wine.
Soften cream cheese w/ lemon juice, and whip. Alternate adding milk and Jello mix until combined and continue whipping for 3 mins.
Fold in preserves and cool whip and turn into pan. Refridgerate overnite.
Remove from pan and serve with sliced strawberries.
