1 (8-ounce) package | Alt. Angel Hair cooked and drained |
1 cup | tomato sauce |
1 (12-ounce) can | whole kernel corn Roasted |
cup | ripe olives slived |
1 toe | garlic minced |
2 teaspoons | butter |
1 dozen | tamale chopped |
2 cups | Chihuahua, queso menonita, etc. grated |
Sweat garlic in butter set aside. Add to cooked and drained noodles, corn, olives, and garlic. Place 1/2 fideo mixture in bottom of a greased 2qt casserole and top with 1/2 the tamales. Sprinkle on 1C of cheese. Cover with remaining fideo, tamales add tomato sauce. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 325 for 45 to 50 mins.
