4 | beaten eggs |
1.25 cup | half and half |
1 cup | shredded swiss cheese |
scant | salt and pepper |
1 cup | cooked lobster meat (chunks, not shredded) |
1/2 cup | crumbled goat cheese |
1/2 cup | crumbled cooked bacon |
1 | unbaked pie shell |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat eggs and add half and half.
Add salt, pepper and cheddar cheese.
Add lobster meat.
Pour into unbaked pie crust.
Sprinkle with crumbled goat cheese then crumbled bacon.
Bake 40 minutes or until set.
