Mix and drink up at the first sign of a scratchy throat. It's gross, but it works! The pepper also helps burn away that scratchiness!
|1 cup||water (hot or cold)|
|1 tablespoon||apple cider vinegar (raw, unfiltered, organic if possible)|
|1 teaspoon||raw honey|
|1 pinch||(1/10 t.) cayenne pepper|
1. Mix ingredients and drink.
2. Go to bed and get a good night's rest.
3. Wake up with no scratchy throat! Praise the Lord!!!
